    Default Eurasian eagle owl

Photo taken last Saturday during Beijing second snow fall, at Bulaotun. It is a juvenile eagle owl.

Gerald is really right up my street, love the cold fed up pose of the Owl and the fine falling snow, cracking bit of natural bird photography, it certainly ticks all the boxes for me.

This image is working well for me. There is a lot of interest, and I like how you have chosen to share the owl small in the frame. The snow flurry and environment add a lot and we see enough of the eyes to make it work. Well done!

very cool shot of a very rare bird in her habitat. well done. In an ideal world the owl's eyes would be wide open but in this case you've got to work with what you had

Hi Gerald, good eye contact, even though not fully open, and I like the detail on her. Well placed in the frame, and I do like the falling snow and colours in the BG.
