I like the low level POV here Will, makes all the difference in my eyes.
Great autumn colours reflected in the water, and a nice preening pose make for a pleasing shot.

I find this to be a peaceful image. THe color palette is lovely and the duck seems to comfortable with your presence. Nice light. I like the color of the water, and the water droplets add something.

Very nice one, William. I like your chosen crop for the composition, the colors of the image, the sweet pose and the low angle and water drops. Very sweet.

Hi Will, in addition to the above comments/feedback, drop the exposure say around a third of a stop and add some black and it brings out more 'tonal' depth to the overall image.

Nice low shooting angle, eye contact and preening pose. The water color is very nice. Nice work, Will.

Just thinking how a subject actually doing something, preening in this case makes all the difference to an image, nice one Will, like it a lot.

Thanks for the comments. much appreciated as always.
Hi Marina, lovely comments, I think if the goosander saw me, it would be off in a second. I was camouflaged at the side of the loch.
