I very much like the colors and the location of the heron within the frame. The heron stands out very nicely from the background in terms of both visibility and depth. Although the Glow effect helps with that, I'd be inclined to reduce its intensity at least along the lower side of the neck and forward of the eye.

Very nice, but it feels a little top-heavy to me. What would you think about darkening the bottom a little?
