I like the concept and the combination of effects. As usual, you've achieved a great sky. Given that it's the flight of the bird that's the subject, I might reduce the intensity of the buildings and the bright (Glow?) lines some. Maybe even remove the buildings and related effects from the right edge.
My thought run along the lines of those of Nancy and Dennis. I really like the effects you achieved on the buildings and sky. The bird seems to vanish in relation to the rest of the image. What about giving the bird the same treatment as the buildings?
