Depends on how you wish to portray the image Jon, 'faithful', well as close to the original scene as possible, or with a bit of artistic license, just avoid going to Walt Disney . A pleasure to view.

Quite a shot. Superbly sized bird for the frame though I'd like to see a slither more space above. NR around the bird needs a bit of attention but all in all wished it were mine. Nice work.

Hi Jon, been out of action without a PC for 2 weeks, but Im glad Ive caught up with this image. Your comp works perfectly with the Owl looking down on his meal, and that eye fixated on it looks great. Nicely separated from the BG too.
