    One from the files I have finally got around to processing from my Scotland trip.
    Black Guillemots (Will will know where this is.)
    What a pain with that white wing patch !! I tried everything exposure wise and this was about the only one with a bit of detail in the white patch and the blacks not blocked.
    Not right but the best I got .
    D7100
    Nikor 70-300mm
    640 ISO320th sec @f8
    70% of frame.

    Hi John,
    Some serious problems with this image.
    Looks like you cloned out part of the wood on the LHS incompletely and the white patch on the wing is yellow?
    The pose is good though.
    You need to rework this in PP

    It does show us something we do not too often see: two guillemots out of the water onto a man made structure.
