Default American Robin - early morning

With Daniel's recent posting, it reminded me of this wee fellow in the early morning dew. Jamie and I had just geared up and were about to see what was along the Causeway so thought it was worth a punt. Not earth shattering in terms of exciting content, however I would have shot this with a much higher SS if it was now and cranked up the ISO.

Thanks for either viewing or commenting on the previous image.

    Hello Steve,

Low SS indeed, but still razor-sharp:)
I like the HA and the subject pops so nicely against that soft green BG. Lovely detail (as usual) and colours look natural, this is well framed and presented, TFS

    Warmest regards,

Thanks Keith & Gabriela, low SS perhaps, but it all comes down to technique when you need it too, however the ISO would as you know, been higher if shot now. Just love travelling and seeing what's on offer as you folks do too, you have to be out and about to get things .

    cheers
    Steve
