The recent cold fronts have been pushing migrating birds into Florida. I was at Circle B Bar Reserve yesterday morning, many small birds in the marsh. The early morning was foggy and dark. This is one that was comfortable with me being nearby that was feeding on the Fire Flag blossoms and seeds. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Hi Joe,
Lovely little bird with good BG and perch.
The details on the bird seem a bit crunchy to me. Is this a big crop? Or perhaps just oversharpened?

Hi Joe, agree with Gail on the overall image, the Blacks, Contrast and sharpening looks a bit pushed and could have been enhanced by a substantial crop too???

Not sure why you wanted such a low SS, you had plenty of ISO here Joe and so this may have also contributed to the overall IQ. Cracking comp and colours, but I know you could have achieved a far better image and you have shown this in recent images. Hope you get another opportunity soon.

Thanks everyone for viewing, commenting and suggesting improvements. I think out of a burst of three I may have picked the wrong image and hurried the post processing. Here is another image from that set, I think it is a tad better.
