Axel's points are right on target. I would consider cloning out the disembodied leaves on the left side as well. If you have it a little more room on the bottom to keep the tip of the bottom most from being clipped would be good as well.

You have another winner here, Glenn. I have mixed feelings about the leaves in the upper corners and my opinion has gone back and forth on this. I think, because the URC leaves are shaded and clipped, it would be better to remove them. I agree with LeRoy that a little more room on the bottom to fit in the full leaf would be good, if you have it..

I like the natural perch, I must agree with the over sharpening on the bird, also the yellows on the head are poping saturated, you might want to tone it down just a tad...:cool:
Fantastic lighting sets the mood for this beauty, everything from compo to exposure is spot on! Agree you could go a point less sharpening.
The leaf in the right gives balance to my tastes.
