Lovely colours and sharpness, I would add some canvas at the top, it feels tight.
Nice eye contact. agree with Jackie re tightness. You used an oil filter? looks on my monitor like a straight photo.
Fabulous inquisitive pose to this parrot! And great details in the feathers. I like the very subtle use of the oil paint filter.
