I love the textures in this image, also the sleepy look in the eye.

I like this one. Nice composition, light and colors. The BG is a bit noisy and I might 'clean' the bill a bit.

Bill, Your 3 amigos, brown pelican wings down, night heron all fluffed up and the spoonbill clean up are very nice, I followed the link. I like this image posted too. I like the eye pupil rolling up to the top of the eye socket, the slight head roll downward, as if he is falling asleep and about to fall over.

It looks as if you might have a good opportunity here to get some very nice images. I would keep working them for some better head turns and more pleasing light. Not to say this one stinks. I do appreciate your posting it. Keep clicking.

Thanks very much Carole, Axel, Gus and Grady. I appreciate the comments and Grady thanks for the detailed follow-up on clicking the links. I keep updating my photography all the time and work very hard at producing good images also. It is an on-going process all the time. :)

This one is certainly pleasing. Subtle colors and nice detail. If you select just the BG you could smooth out the noise. I especially love that eye.......he's almost gone!!!
