I desaturated the yellows a little bit.
Taken in April this year, whilst out walking with Barney I found a couple of linnets nesting in the field at the back of the house, they allowed me time to take a few frames.
    All C&C welcome.

Love the pose, habitat, and behavior. Gorgeous light too. I might brighten up the darkest spots in the BG, in particular the one to the left of the feather.

The pose is very sweet, and that feather an awesome element of the image. Good vertical comp. I agree with Doug about the dark spot, and I may remove the leaf peeking in at LLC. Nicely done man!

Very cute, nice colors and pose and the feather makes it even cuter. Agree with the suggestion and it is worth making it top notch. Well done, Jon.

Nice pose, habitat and colors. I might take about 25 mm off the top.

Excellent image Jonathan! I like the pose, perch, feather, details and composition. Some good suggestions above to make this strong image even better.

Like everything about this image, Jonathan. The light is exceptional, and of course the pose with the feather in his beak is wonderful.
