Background, perch, pose, composition all wonderful to my eyes.

I see a hint of noise on the bird. Perhaps looking into NR or sharpening settings can smooth that out.

Pretty neat! I love the composition, it works quite well as a quasi-pano format. If mine I would darken the perch to make it pop more. Great BG...
