    Default Cape May Warbler

This fall-plumage Cape May Warbler was captured in, of all places, Cape May. He hung around in a Pyracantha bush right next to the hawk watch platform for several days last week, usually staying deep within the bush, but occasionally hopping out into full view. Not as bright as the breeding plumage males of spring, but still a handsome individual. One that I don't get to see very often.

Sweet capture, Bill. I also like the habitat with the berries.

Warblers this time of year will give you a work out, won't they? Nicely captured and framed by the pyracantha

Great fall plumage image of this species, Bill. I still don't have one that I really like as they like to be in the top of the tree.

Very nice capture of this beauty, Bill. Colors of the habitat work so well with him. Well done.

I like this one a lot Bill. The berries on one side and the lush branch on the other are one great setting!

Thanks for sharing this shot with us!

Great vivid colours here, and I like the perky pose. A bit of a smudge at center top edge could be smoothed out, but otherwise quite the appealing image. Glad it gave you an opportunity or two!

You are really doing well with your warbler shots Bill.
Love the clear view and the color palette of yellow and red.
I see some cloning artifacts in the LLC (looks like you pruned the little branch) and easy fix.
IQ very nice and perfect eye level view.

Thanks everyone. Daniel and Gail, I think this repost takes care of the spots that you noted. Thanks for your sharp eyes.
