Another frame from my recent trip to the Mala Mala. We were having coffee break at the bank of the Sand River when 3 spotted hyenas came in for a drink. They eventually climbed out of the river on this rock looking down at me.

I struggled a bit with the PP, so hope you can give some feedback
Hi Loi - I think the pp looks very good here. Colors and tones look good for conditions. The pov is great and the dripping water adds. I do wish for a little more room on the left but from your intro understand that you probably don't have it.
Good eye contact and POV!
Water drops on the beast adds to the image.
I think the 50% crop is to much for IQ, some of noise creeping in, loss of detail on hayena.
Did you do any pre-sharpening in LR? It may have amplified noise..
My suggestion is a smaller crop, some NR in BG and burning a bit the rocks..
Hi Loi the side profile of the Hyena does work quite well and i agree the dripping water adds to the image .
The colors and tones do look quite nice to me , besides the rocks that Andre already mentioned .
I also agree that IQ seems to have suffered a bit from that crop . I do not see that much noise though .Image does look a bit crunchy in parts and too soft in parts of the fur ?
With my RP i try to illustrate two things .... the rocks being burned and the red arrows are showing the weird looking softish fur ?
