Taken this past June in Barrow, Alaska. We were quite fortunate to find this little one begging for food from his nearby parents. We lingered only long enough to grab a few shots than went on our merry way so as to not disturb too much.

Hope to see lots more images from your Barrow trip!
I like the placement of the bird in the frame.
Yellow flowers are nicely eye-catching and I like the way the yellows pop in the image.
I think this is one image where being a little higher might have been better- I find the FG a bit distracting.
I would also clone out the single long grass to the right of the fledgling.
Looking forward to more from Barrow!

Lovely image, Grace. I like the natural setting, the yellow flowers both in focus and out of focus. Sharp detail, nice colors and composition. Thank you for sharing.

Way too cute, especially that it is not everyday we get to see a young one of this species. I like the composition, and the nice flowery habitat. I do wish the one flower touching the little guy was not there, but with so many flowers it is hard to avoid the one misplaced one. Super cool as is :-)
