    Default Grey Morning

I usually like the colorful sunrises, but this morning was grey....

I thought I would try this rich red spinnaker with the grey sky (I have used this boat a few times before with different skies)

    Only remask.

Mtich, I like the foreboding sky and the contrast with the spinnaker is striking. The composition, with the boat sailing into the "negative space" is also very effective.

The colorful spinnaker is nicely set off by the stormy grey sky. The composition works.

This works! But the colorful and sharp spinnaker somewhat overpowers the rest of the scene, which is very nice.

Nicely composed, Mitch. I like the spinnaker against the foreboding skies.
