    Pretty little Grebe, with nice angle. This is one that opens the debate about whether or not to leave in the reflection. I'm torn.

    I don't see the sharpness well on its head, but well on the body.
    I like the way you framed, but the sharpness is of concern.
    Not sure if I am not seeing it well. Happy to stand corrected.

    Sweet little thing.
    I think the head is slightly OOF. Could be these old eyes!
    I would be tempted to clean up the water in the FG.
    I love your POV and the sense of motion conveyed by the bow wave.
    Another suggestion would be to eliminate one of the catchlights.
