    Mom or dad and one of the five cygnets.
    Shot in available light handheld but supported on wire fence. Canon 7D2, Canon 600 f/4 IS II + 1.4 TCIII, f/8, 1/640, ISO 640.

    Geoff:

    I am a great fan of trumpeters, as we have a number of wild ones nearby.

    I love the matching posing, and the great demonstration of the size difference of adult and chick. The vertical comp is the only choice, but I would like a sliver more room on the right if possible.

    I would def. tone down the bright reeds between their two heads. I might try just the slightest increase in sharpening on the chicks head. Don't want to lose the soft,fuzzy feel however.

    Very cute.
