Nice pose with excellent eye contact, Bill. I like the Duck weed covered water around the duck.

Good title there Bill, and a great look at the eclipse plumage (that so many people confuse with females). Only thing is I do find the image a bit cyan-ish...I feel that globally adding a few points of reds in PS "Color Balance" would do the image good.

Haha! You get bonus points for the great title!
    Great POV and IQ.
I find my eye being pulled away by the diagonal line in the reflection below the drake. I would be tempted to fix that.

I enjoy how the wide bright eye holds my attention. Great alert posture on the duck. I also dig the plumage....okay, I just got your title...good one :)

Thanks guys. Here's a repost with the diagonal removed and a bit of red added.

Hi Bill, nice shooting angle, nice pose and interesting plumage. I'm enjoying the size and placement of the bird in the frame.

Funny title, but I don't think I'm going to be able to enjoy guac for a few days now. Thanks! :)

Light looks a little strong Bill. Perhaps darkening it a touch would be ideal. WDYT?
Lovely angle, pose and the duck is cool.
I see what Gail sees with the diagonal, but I'd probably leave it as is.
