    Here are three 1 week or so old Horned Grebe chicks racing to catch up to mom and be the first to get the food...

    OMG this image brought a huge smile to my face. I love all the feather details and patterns and the red patches. The chick on the right looks quite a bit bigger. I am still smiling!

    Cute they certainly are, tighter group would have been nice but with nature photography we have to be satisfied with what we are given, nice work.

    The only better thing would have been a lower POV and softer light.
    Very nicely done.

    I actually like the separation between the 2 little ones and the bigger chick.
