    This was captured several years ago in Tampa Bay. It was late in the day and we were trying to squeeze in a few more frames before we lost the light.

    One of our group was particularly eager to get that last shot, so waded in just a bit closer.

    I suppose the moral of this story is to not get in front of someone with a long lens and then assume interesting postures.

    My sense of decorum prohibits me from mentioning names, but he is a great guy, eh!

    Could be, but normally with Daniel it is his lens that is barely touching the water, not his read-end...

    He he, I was being careful with that salt water. Marina, you are correct, and it was paired to my beloved 40D (RIP old friend). That was a fun outing. It was worth wading in the cold, ray-infected waters (yes, even though it was Florida the water was a bit chilly, and those rays were BIG!). Here's what I had my sights set on:

    Haha! I kind of wonder what non-photographer people think when they see the interesting postures that nature photographers assume. Nice photo, Daniel!
