    Another from my pelagic outing off Wollongong 2 years ago.
    I tracked this (young?) Black-browed Albatross and snapped a few frames.


    1D, 500/4L IS, ISO 640, f/5.6, 1/ 2500th, HH, manual mode
    Full frame file with minimal PP during conversion.

    Hi Akos, you have nailed the exposure on both the blacks and whites on this fellow, and I quite like the flight pose, even though he seems to be 'gliding'.Good DOF across the wingspan, and boy it must be lonely out there looking down in that vast ocean.

    Great looking shot Akos. I like the pose, details, exposure and the good look at the black brow. Not easy shooting from a boat. Well done

    Excellent work from a rocking boat Akos,already mentioned the dark and the white on the bird look spot on. Think I might have seen these over the rough Oceans at the bottom end of Australia

    Nice image, Akos. Not having seen Albatross it is a treat, wings definitely designed for gliding and soaring. Thank you for sharing.
