    Default White Throated Kingfisher.

    Image was created in the last week.Basic editing. Cropped for composition. NR applied to BG.
    I should have removed second tiny lower catch light.

    ISO: 400, 1/1000 @6.3. Manual settings.
    550D, 100-400 mm.

    While it's not the "perfect" HA, I still like it, as the KF is doing its own thing.
    Would be killer with eye contact Satish!
    The perch is great, as the end is weathered away well enough so it does not
    appear to be freshly broken.
    Wonderful colours and BG.

    Hi Satish, lovely colours on this species of KF, and nice and sharp too. I do like the curved perch, and thats a nice smooth OOF BG. HA mentioned.

    You sure are getting some nice KF shots lately. Besides the HA, which I don't mind that much, this one looks great. The perch, colors, details and BG all look fantastic. Well done

    Excellent shot, Satish. I like the curved perch as shown, but I think it would look better if it extended to the edge of the frame.

    Beautiful light, bird, BG and pose, Satish. Somehow I don't mind the HA at all.
