    I captured this image in the shade of the grotto at Hollis Gardens in Lakeland, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Wow! Wish it were mine. If it were, I might darken a few bright spots in the background, lower right and left.

    A very serene image I like the subdued light and colours very much. I too would suggest patching the two minor irregularities in the background.

    Hi Joseph,
    very subtle colors, tones, and light really work well in this image. Agree about taking out the lower brighter spots.

    The colors glow beautifully captured in the shade like this. The symmetry of the blossom is very eye-catching and I further like that the flower is centered between the left and right with the nearly dark bkgd.
