    Default Theme: White Pelican in the Waves

    Canon 7D, Tamron 150-600 at 600mm, ISO 400, f/10, 1/1000 ss. Selective sharpening and noise reduction, clarity, vibrance and saturation adjustments, removed distracting elements, reduced exposure, adjusted white balance, black point and highlights. Cropped and resized for posting.

    Looks like I should not increase saturation and vibrance. Thoughts on this please.

    Hi John, lovely low angle, and I feel in this, you have the sharpening spot on, compared to your previous post. Comp wise, I would like a little more space below. With regards to Saturation and vibrance, I feel the water is too saturated, unless it was really like that. IMHO, I dont touch either of those sliders in my work flow.

    I only slightly increase vibrance in my raw conversion John, never saturation.
    Lovely low POV and agree about a little more room below.

    Hi John the detail and sharpness look good. The bird's pose is perfect. The image is a little dark and needs brightening and the saturation adjusted accordingly if necessary IMHO. I would also prefer a crop that is less tight top and bottom. Nice work.
