Hi Sanjeev - It does look like nice warm, golden light. Nice detail. If it were mine I would open up the midtones slightly and also crop from the bottom to eliminate the space between the legs.

    TFS,
    Rachel

I'd be very tempted to crop it even tighter as Rachel suggested.
    Lovely portrait otherwise!

Hi Sanjeev nice portrait in some very pleasing warm light .
Beside the crop it works for me as presented .

Going in tighter would be better IMHO

Thanks everyone. I agree, going a bit tighter is a good idea. Appreciate your suggestions.

Hi Sanjeev -- Very good light and a nicely taken image ! that shadow formation of the ears on its body gives a 3D feel to the ear . TFS !

Lovely light and detail. Can't add much more to the suggestions already given (especially opening up midtones and cropping slightly from the bottom).
