That's a beauty, Alan. Singing pose, perch, light, details all perfect. If the rock wasn't so nice I could see using less of it, but it's an important part of the image. I had hoped to see these guys on my trip to Arizona this spring, but was not in the right canyons.
A delightful image! Very nice pose with the open bill and slight head turn. The textures of the rock, plant growth and feathers makes for a very interesting image - and the pop off that creamy background. TFS!
Lovely image, Alan. Beautiful little bird, nicely shown. Thank you for sharing.

Judging by your avatar you are a youngster!
A superb and very detailed image of bird in singing pose, but I'd ease up on the sharpening behind eye. Nice work Alan.
very nice Alan, nice calling pose, like the BG and the perch magic, may be a touch over sharpened on my screen, and may be a bit more room above and to the left,TFS.
What An delightful image this is , love the open beak, the colours are great, love the details....
