Very good detail on the bird, crop looks a bit tight. Needs more room at the top if available.

Love the detail and that eye is awesome. Flash really bring out the white in iridescence birds. I would tone down the whites a bit.

The detail in the feathers is incredible. Excellent use of fill flash.

I like your crop but could see a version with a hint more room top and right.
