    Default Leopard at Dusk

We followed the leopard that evening (1st game drive at Shinde camp, Okavango) for 3 hours and finally after sundown he kinda settled down on a mound. Light was at a premium as you can see from the dilated pupils and I steadied myself, rested the lens on my knee, upped the 7D II ISO and hoped to get a good shot. The light was awesome and I wanted to get the shot. The 7D II did do well with regards to noise (not bad for a crop sensor eh!)

I just love the quality of this kind of light when the sun has just set. She really pops!
Very sharp given your SS, well done...
Results from the 7D2 are impressive for sure, a step up from its predecessor.

Very beautiful shot mate. I could see this in B&W as well.
Great sharpness for the low SS. Great work really!

Great work in this light Sanjeev. Superb details throughout. I have a love/hate relationship with my 7d2, but when it hits it is an excellent piece of kit.

This one hit it right out of the park!

Hi Sanjeev i absolutely love this portrait , very well executed in the field and at the computer .
Love the eyes and the detail/sharpness you achieved , gorgeous soft light is helping you with the tones and soft colors .

I would think about reducing the blue/magentas in the blacks as they appear a bit too strong for my taste , but this could be just me !

A nice frame , Sanjeev , TFS Andreas
