Impressive bird, Satish. Nice plumage textures and I like the tones on the bill. I think that trying the linear burn technique from this thread http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...98-Linear-Burn
will bring more detail and texture into the bright tones.
I would also consider a crop off the right as to my eye having the bird on the left and looking out of the frame unbalances the image a bit. Bird looks nice and relaxed on one leg with down on it's bill from preening.

    Thanks a lot, Tony.
You are right about the crop. I will change it and also try for linear burn technique.

    Satish.

    Nice image.
Agree with Tony re: position of bird within the frame.
    Nice detail in the eye.
There seems to be some noise on the lower belly. Did you have to raise the shadows in this area?

Thanks Gail for the feed back. I could not apply the linear burn to the bird, however I have burned the whites with burn tool. WDYT?

A splendid bird and pose Satish. The bird looks a fraction unbalanced even though your camera may be level in reality. I would give the bird a bit of CWR. Nice work Satish.
