Nice colour palette and frame-filling features here.
One could argue that the LHS blade of grass impeding on a clear view of the head is a distraction, but it looks quite "in its place" there, part of the habitat.
This would be a young Lechwe, (but could also be a Reedbuck
) - definitely not an Impala...

I entirely agree with comments above - this works for me too, fantastic colours and warmth, beautiful pose, and I am fine with the grass stem, I think:) A bit bright on the neck, not a big deal but if this were mine I would look into it.
Good DOF and very nice detail, impressive portrait my friend!
