    I like the head turn and beautiful colours. Difficult exposure and it looks like you have saved the highlights. I remember posting in avian one time and Artie said that the perch in my pic was way to big for the bird. This has always stuck with me. I cropped to a 2 x 3 to minimize the perch a bit, and tried lightening some of the shadows. I hope you don't mind me working on your image!
