Default dropped lens in Fort Lauderdale, looking for quick turnaround fix

My Canon 70-200 f/2.8 just fell off my camera today. I have no clue how this could happen. It seems that just the metal ring which connects to the camera is bent. I couldn't find a micro screwdriver to take it off, and shouldn't be doing this myself anyway. Can I get this fixed locally, or what are my options? I'd hate to be without the lens for too long, since I am an photo-addict.
    thank you very much,
    tom

Send it to Canon Irvine, CA (Better) or the NJ facility. Should only be gone a week if you use expidited shipping (overnite)

They are authorized and very competent.

Thanks everyone, I sent to Canon in NJ (the other location) and it took 3 biz days for estimate, only $120 including 2 day shipping, and another week to get the lens,
    tom
