    Default Juvenile Osprey Landing.

Three days ago the nest was still busy. (Posted an image)
The younger sibling could not fly and the parent still was feeding it.
Today the nest was empty until the older sibling came by but left shortly after landing.
    Thanks for looking.

Well done on capturing the fledgling landing, Karl. Do you have any with its talons below the tail with a blue sky BG so that the viewers can get a great look at those amazing talons? That would make an image such a this even stronger. You can tell how seriously this young one is taking this landing. Glad you can see one ey.

Intense landing by this juvi for sure. Nice wing spread and good composition with the nest. TFS , Karl.

Hi Karl, brilliant incoming pose showing off the full wingspread. I really like the angle, and what makes this for me, is the space between the juvie and the nest. I really like this lots.

    Lovely image Karl,

Tack sharp and beautiful landing pose, this is well exposed, love the wing spread and the intensity before touching ground...err...nest!

Superb capture, love the colours, composition and framing, amazed at the size of those awesome talons:)

    Kind regards,

    Thank you all.
I liked this a lot until I saw my wife's capture.
She was about ten feet to the right and therefore she captured both eyes beautifully.
    Well, life is like that.
