    Hard work with a big lens, still a bit small in the frame but getting there. A bit of decent light tomorrow so fingers crossed.

    Jonathan you are certainly getting there, I like this even without the splash of your other post, do wonder how it would look with just a tad off the top, just my personal take of course, wish I could do them flying and get anything like this.

    Yes Jon, I agree, just a wee bit closer. Your getting there, I like the IQ on the bird, showing a great pose. The BG fits nicely aswell. Same up here, the light is terrible, and raining everyday. The frame is lookin good.

    I kinda like it small in the frame here, it works well IMO. The curled tail feather is a pretty neat bonus. Rather than taking some off the top I'd take some off the bottom instead (see how subjective that is!!)

    I like the water colour and texture and you have caught the bird well. If you are lucky you will get it skimming open billed....good luck!
