    One more from Little Estero last week. Experimenting with a different crop.

    D300, Bigma at 500mm, f/6.3, 1/320s, -0.6EV, ISO 200. could have probably gone -0.1EV on this one. kinda blew out the whites a little, but was able to recover a little.

    Comments and critiques are much appreciated!!

    I think is a good shot, I don't think the whites are all that blow. Nice head angle.
    Hope you had a good time on vac. I go Saturday.

    Great capture and composition Mr. Harold. Like the habitat and the colors on your Spoony...:D You might want to clone in some texture on the very top of the neck which is a wee bit hot...:cool:

    Hi Harold I see what you are trying to do with the bird placement. Not sure I like the set up? So close to the margin needs some getting used to !!!

    Do like how well the bird came out, they are actually difficult to reproduce properly ... also love that water !!!!

    I was thinking literally, and it would make a great business card so Nonda's reply really made me laugh:)
