I captured this image at the City Pier on Anna Maria Island, Florida. The egret stole the fish from a bait bucket and flew to the top of one of the buildings on the pier. The background is white overcast sky. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Decidedly high-key. Good look at the fish, and I like the juxtaposition of the two eyes. The HA of the egret works for me here.

High impact high key, I like the extreme close up with fish in the bill (and the fish pointing the right way). I do perceive what looks like subject motion blur on the egrets face causing some softness there.

Wonderful! Another noble predator! I love the high key and the pose. It adds to the artistic quality that the plumage is brighter in the LR corner, making the neck and head float in the frame.

You should call this one "Eye to Eye".
I like the poses of head and fish. Good choice of comp
Unfortunately, there is a bit of motion blur on the egrets head.
