Default Action man little owl (male)

Hi, the juvenile's are now out of the nest at the quarry site and have been for nearly two weeks now , I have spotted them but just biding my time in hope they gain some confidence and start to follow the parents activity , in the meantime the male bird is very active at the moment around is territory and also very confident at the moment around me,i will have to make the most of this as he will soon go in to survival mode and I will hardly see him, this shot was taken by me sat on a portable chair just after I had sat down ,I wasn't even covered in this shot when curiosity got the better of him and in he came ,no bait on this occasion as said curiosity got the better of him and in he came from is favoured ledge ,taken with my trusty old 300mm f4 at f4 iso 800 1/1250 sec +1/3 ev Name: 19812258776_06665bd988_o-(1).jpg

Hi Dennis, love the incoming flight pose, extended legs, and fixated stare. I agree with Chris about a touch more room above, and all depending on your ethics - some tend to take away a feeder in an image, and I can see this without the perch.
