    Good POV, sharp details and well done DOF. Like the colours too. From my point of view the composition including 2 vertical stalks at the bottom looks good. TFS.

    Beautiful capture and presentation, Jon, of a most interesting critter. You might consider cropping away some of the negative space on the left, just to the left edge of that vertical stem. But this is another nice one.

    The blades make a nice frame and the background colors are nicely complementary. Out of your control, but it would have been great if the dew drops were also in your in-focus slice.

    I can't help but wish the subject was bigger in the frame (and higher) but I love the sharpness and the lines of the grasses. The orange wings go really well against the green surroundings. I'd likely get rid of the brownish piece of residue on the leaf.

    I like the composition, color and detail on the skipper. Here I think that might be a Fiery Skipper. Thank you for sharing.

    Very good details and sharpness where it needs, I like the grasses and composition. The BF stands out well against greens.
