I was photographing this Red Kite, when all of a sudden, the crow appeared, and attempted to steal the food which the kite had just picked up. The food had been placed on the ground to attract the kite.

The kite won and managed to get away with the bait

Thanks for looking and for the comments, views, on my Kestrel image

I have seen this behavior a lot, but I never managed to capture it so far. Nice that you were almost leveled with them and close enough. Wish for a better angle from the kite, but I am being picky here. Well done having this frame.

A crow and kite in the same frame, interesting and nice but what an exposure challenge. I have never seen a Red Kite before, thank you for sharing.

Great image William, glad you got those two in one frame. Well composed and nicely exposed too.
