WE have a little star in the Staffs area of UK at present. The bird is really confiding and responds well to food- morio worms and crickets. Has been present for several days but the only day off I had was dull, gloomy and wet at times.
Cropped to approx. 40% of original, lightened and sharpened in elements., some white highlights cloned out in bg.

Too bad you had a dull day Ivan as a much shorter exposure would have been helpful. I am not sure how far you can push up the ISO on the 1DIV before noise becomes an issue. I hope you have better luck next time. Regards, Ian.

Excellent flight shot. Superb HA, nice BG and composition.
I like the blurred wing tips and fanned tail feathers.

    Regards,
    Satish.

Ivan you have done well getting this considering the conditions the slightly blurred wings and colour on the feet and head make for a good a very good image ,it would please me if I had taken it.

    Cheers Keith.
