Hi Andreas, from the PP you can almost image loosing your fingers into that feathery down of soft plumage, if you tried to clutch it, simply gorgeous. The light also has a nice evening light (?) to it which, IMHO has really added to the scene. Also there is a nice contrast of detail and clarity in the bill. From the capture, for me you get the impression the feathers are clutching the bill, but obviously it's preening, nice one.

Trust all is good and things are improving, drop me a line.

Hi Andreas, sweet, sweet light here, and what a great eye. Overall well exposed, and your vertical comp was the only way to go.

Beautiful lighting Andreas. As Steve said, the plumage looks real soft and lovely. The bill and eye look fantastic. Very nice indeed, and thanks for sharing.
