Super cool pose and image Jonathan. Love the landing pose. Looks like the light may have been tough and this may be a largish crop, as I am not seeing great detail in the feathers. Nonetheless, a great action shot.

Great landing pose, with good concentration on his destination. A bit soft -- don't know if it's focus or SS.

Hi Jonathan, I like the landing pose, but came back to post my comment and just saw Bills' comment. I too think it's soft, you had the ISO so you could have easily pushed the SS way up to say 1/2500 or 1/3200, but then it might just need some more 'perceptual' sharpening?

The pose is really fun. Nice blues in the sky too (I'd be tempted to add some at far left where it is bright white). I'm sure some sharpening for web presentation would be good here, and perhaps add a catch light after-the-fact.

Thanks for the feed back, I think this is tad better. I wanted the majority of the bird sharp but also need to show some movement. I have left the sky as it was originally, previously I had added some blue.
