Summer is here, birds are fewer than in the winter, but the Ospreys are active. I captured this one returning from the lake with it's morning catch. Image captured at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Great eye contact and wing position. On my monitor the bird has a yellow-green hue under the wings. Love the upturn of the wingtips!

The composition and the subject are fine but the IQ is damaged by possible over sharpening? The question then becomes, is this the result of failed critical focus or subject movement/camera shake?

Nice capture Joe. Just a tiny bit grainy under the wings. Regards, Ian.

Hi Joe, great flight pose with the show of the full wingspread, well exposed on the underwings, and well timed to get the head turn. Its always great to have a subject with their catch.

She gave you a good look and a nice wing stretch, Joe. The fish is and extra bonus especially with the head still on.
