Terrific IQ on the bird and I like your comp very much.
Exposure is spot on.
Normally, I would like a perfect reflection but this wiggly reflection works really well and I like it a lot.

The image is high impact despite its minimalistic nature. Good techs and processing. Crop is bordering tight IMO, but still OK. If anything I'd remove the small white spots in the reflection. Super nice overall!
