    Default Eastern Kingbird

Eastern Kingbird in sweet evening light.
    Taken last night, before sunset.
The bird has magenta cast but decided to leave it as is.
I removed it first but it made the image look not so good IMO so I left it on.
    Thanks for looking.

Love bird, perch, BG and light. I think the slight magenta cast works. The vegetation on the perch is perfect.

Lots of beautiful components in this image Karl. Killer light and BG. The dainty slanted perch is really nice. Nice details on the bird with a nice pose. You achieved good DOF, but could have pushed the ISO for some more depth.

Great shot Karl. The perch really is the icing on the cake. I am on my laptop so take this comment with a grain of salt as I could be wrong but I think the color balance is not quite right. I do not see a magenta cast.
I would take this into PP and check the white balance by clicking on a grey midtone or white area to see what you get.
Love the light, perfect head turn and BG.
I might be tempted to clone out the dark patch next to the throat.
    Well done,
    Gail
