    I captured this image along Black Point Wildlife Drive in Merritt Island NWR, Merritt Island, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Joseph, I like the this simple high key image. Consider flipping the image horizontally. Most of us scan left to right. With a flip, one's eye will pick up the wake and lead the viewer to the stilt. Perhaps, a bit more contrast. Over all I really like the concept of your image.

    Love it! Nicely thought out, and the trailing wake plays a huge part in the comp. Perhaps try to make the red colouring of the eye more visible for web presentation (I'm sure it is quite apparent in the full-size version).

    Nice image design Joe, very effective. Maybe a bit more contrast in the wake to make it more visible. Regards, Ian.

    Agree with Ian that a little more contrast to bring out the trail would be nice.

    This is excellent Joe. Great image design and although i would never have thought about ,"flipping it" I think that is a grand idea.

    Wonderful treatment! I don't like the idea of increasing the contrast on the wake. Subtlety is what makes this image work.
