    Default Minimalism in Italy

I have done blurs in Canada that look a lot like this but this is a straight shot of a lake in Tuscany (sorry, I'll have to find out the name later). I did a curves adjustment and that's about all. Gary inspired me to post it The new Lightroom iteration has a neat Dehaze tool but I decided to leave it the way it was.

great title for this. and yes, glad you didn't dehaze it. I would take out that angled cloud, but it may be what you want there.

I really like images with low contrast, and I am glad you left it as is. Beautiful shot. Sort of reminds me of a shot Freeman Patterson might do.

Blue on blue. Soft and soothing. I agree with Hazel about the angled cloud. I would also crop most of the lower part because the tone of blue is too different from the blues above it and because it is a large empty space. I enjoy your minimalist images.

Sweet image, I might make it more of a pano but that's all, beautiful work.

Thanks for the comments. I agree about cropping some from the bottom. I like the cloud, though, so I'll be keeping it. Jackie, the blurs that I took in Canada were on the Bay of Fundy at Freeman Patterson and Andre Gallant's workshop.
