    Default LAKE MICHIGAN BLUR

This image is definitely not theme material. It was captured early on a misty morning during our brief visit to Michigan. I have attempted deleting the image on more than one occasion; but, end up giving it a reprieve. I find it rather calming.

Hi, Gary, it's great to see you posting a blur! I love this one, especially the diagonal line of surf and the muted colors and the little wave in the upper left side. It is indeed very calming.

If you want to throw this one away, you can donate it to me! I love it!!!

Small point, but what would you think about cropping out about half the sky?

Thanks for the suggestion Diane. The crop does eliminate empty space.

I am partial to the original post Gary, as it sort of gives an idea of the vastness of Lake Michigan. The picture is very soothing, and I would consider printing this really large and hanging it. Say 24 x 36.

It is a calming image, and I'm glad you didn't delete it. The blur, the softness of the colors, the horizontal horizon, all contribute to calmness. I like the OP best, with more sky. Very nice work.

Anytime you have waves and water it seems so relaxing. A very pleasing image Gary, well done
